Valentine's Cheesecake Cocktail
White chocolate syrup

METHODFirstly, chill a coupe/martini glass. In a shaker add the strawberries, vanilla syrup and lemon Juice and muddle to release the flavours. Add the Smugglers Gin and ice and shake, then double strain the liquid into the glass. In a clean shaker add the milk, double cream and white chocolate syrup. Add cubed ice and shake. Strain over bar spoon into the glass to create a layering effect. Once the layer has settled garnish with Biscoff or Digestive biscuit crumbs. It’s devilishly good.
