Valentine's Cheesecake Cocktail
Ingredients
50ml
Smugglers Gin
25ml
Lemon juice
3
Diced strawberries
25ml
Milk
25ml
Double cream
10ml
White chocolate syrup
10ml
Vanilla syrup
Crumbs of
Biscoff or Digestive
METHOD
Firstly, chill a coupe/martini glass. In a shaker add the strawberries, vanilla syrup and lemon Juice and muddle to release the flavours. Add the Smugglers Gin and ice and shake, then double strain the liquid into the glass. In a clean shaker add the milk, double cream and white chocolate syrup. Add cubed ice and shake. Strain over bar spoon into the glass to create a layering effect. Once the layer has settled garnish with Biscoff or Digestive biscuit crumbs. It’s devilishly good.
