We offer free tracked 48-hour Royal Mail Shipping on EVERY order! 

When Will My Order Arrive? 

Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day and arrive between 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following business day and will arrive within 1-3 business days of processing. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service. 

Where Do You Deliver To? 

Currently we deliver to the UK & Northern Ireland. 

Do You Do Deliver Internationally? 

Unfortunately, we don’t yet offer international delivery on our site, however international shipping to selected countries – including Ireland - is available via Master of Malt. Our Malones Triple Cask is for international shipping at https://www.irishmalts.com and https://www.celticwhiskeyshop.com.

Can I Return My Order? 

If your item arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 7 business days, you can contact our sales department to arrange a return or a refund by emailing sales@smugglersspirits.co.uk. 

If returning an item we will send you a returns form, please include this in the package and post back to the address on the form. Make sure to package the item securely and please retain your proof of delivery. 

Unwanted items may be returned within 7 days of receipt as long as they are unopened and in their original condition. For more on returns and refunds see our terms and conditions.
