Description
A crowd pleaser with a twist! Fresh, fruity, and full of passion (fruit), this Solero Martini cocktail is fused together with the natural, zesty flavour of Smugglers Orange gin. Also complimented by a streak of vanilla, this iconic cocktail is reminiscent of tasty childhood treats like Solero ice cream and orange and passionfruit J2O. This tantalising cocktail brings together tried and tested flavour combinations with a hint of something new.
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a cocktail tin and shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass. Add half of a juicy passionfruit to garnish.
