Smugglers Award Winning Gin

A double measure of Smugglers award winning Gin into a highball glass. Fill to the brim with ice (the more ice the slower it will melt) and top with Bon Accord tonic water. Finally cut a lemon peel and express the oild over the top and add the peel to the glass. The oils in the lemon will allow the citrusy botanicals in Smugglers Gin to sing through.
