METHODFirstly, rim the glass with salt, or spice things up with a Mexican Tajin seasoning. To make this, combine the lime zest, chilli powder, ground cumin, Cayenne pepper, ground coriander and sugar, then wet the rim of the glass and press gently into the mixture to coat. In a shaker, add ice, Triple Sec, lime juice and Smugglers Gin. Then shake for 5 seconds and strain into the salt or Tajin rimmed glass. Garnish with a slice of lime and enjoy!
